My journey has been full of life shifts — including two divorces — that taught me one thing: sort your own life out first. You can’t control what others do, but you can own your brilliance and show up for yourself.

In ’23 I launched Decibel — Personal Brand Agency to help people in business show up bold and build reputations that open doors. In 2025 I co-founded Revved with Anna Mowbray — a leadership summit for New Zealand’s engineers of change.

My background in influencer marketing includes driving $4M+ in brand deals, managing top NZ talent and shaping the careers of leaders like Kimberley Crossman.

Family is my heartbeat — my soulmate, six amazing kids and a close-knit crew.
